Counselling & Psychotherapy
At Zanti we use a variety of evidence-based counselling & psychotherapy approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and EMDR Trauma Therapy. We use an integrated person centred humanistic approach to counselling which holds the premise that the client is the expert in their lives, and the counsellors role is to assist them in finding this wisdom.
Couples Therapy

Transpersonal Counselling

EMDR Trauma Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) is one of the worlds recognised trauma treatments, developed by Francine Shapiro.
EMDR uses the alternate activation of both sides of the brain to process 'stuck' memories that have been unable to go through usual memory processing due to a traumatic response or event.
Holistic Therapy
We are here to help you on your journey to wellness. Our Holistic Therapy services include energy healing and clearing, clearing blocks and barriers to wellbeing, as well as ancestral healing. All our holistic therapy services come with a foundation of Neurolinguistic Kinesiology and Reiki.
Creative Therapies
Creative Therapies tap into unconscious pre-verbal emotion and allow its healing, processing and release through artistic and somatic expression.
