Meet Karie Rohrlach

Welcome—I'm Karie.

At my core, I’m someone who’s walked through the fire and chosen to grow through it—not because it was easy, but because something deeper kept calling me home.

I’ve always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface—the quiet, the unseen, the parts we’ve learned to hide. My path hasn’t been linear. It’s been lived, layered, and led by both intuition and experience. From corporate leadership to energy healing, from personal loss to purpose—it’s all shaped how I hold space.

I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer real, grounded, heart-led connection. A space to breathe, to unravel what no longer serves, and to gently return to who you truly are.

Zanti was born from that vision. A place where psychology meets soul, and where growth feels both expansive and safe. Not polished. Not perfect. Just real.

If you’re ready to meet yourself in a new way—I’ll meet you there.

With warmth,
Karie x

✨ My Approach

My practice is integrative, intuitive, and deeply personal. I combine clinical training with holistic insight, weaving together:

  • EMDR Trauma Therapy

  • Counselling & Psychotherapy

  • Energy and Holistic Healing

  • Creative and Transpersonal Modalities

  • Life and Leadership Coaching

Rather than applying a formula, I respond to who you are—what you need, what you value, and what you’re ready for.

Our work becomes a partnership: collaborative, compassionate, and at times, gently challenging.

This is therapy that meets you where you are and honours all of who you are.

🌀 My Journey

Before I stepped into this work, I spent years in the corporate world—climbing the ladder, leading teams, ticking the boxes. But despite the success, something essential was missing. I felt disconnected from myself, my purpose, and the work I knew I was here to do.

In 2011, I followed a quieter, more honest calling.

I retrained in psychology, counselling, and trauma therapy. I studied kinesiology, energy work, and holistic healing. But more importantly, I did my own inner work. I grieved, softened, unlearned, and came home to myself. That journey continues—and it informs every part of how I now walk beside others.

🧡 Why I Do This Work

The most beautiful part of this work is witnessing people remember who they are—beyond the roles, the stories, and the survival strategies. I’ve sat with clients in their grief, their breakthroughs, their quietest moments of realisation—and every time, it’s an honour.

I do this work because I know what it feels like to live disconnected from yourself, to carry what was never yours, to long for a sense of peace that feels just out of reach. I’ve been there. And I also know what it’s like to come through the other side—not fixed, but transformed. Softer, wiser, more real.

This isn’t about pushing people to change. It’s about holding space for them to unfold. To feel safe enough to be seen. To feel strong enough to reclaim their truth. To feel supported enough to start again—on their terms.

For me, this work isn’t just a career. It’s a way of living, leading, and loving. It’s a commitment to walking with integrity, doing my own inner work, and meeting each client with the same grounded presence and soulful respect I offer myself.

Because when one of us heals, we all begin to rise.
